Grade A Guards main function would normally be a site manager or commander - they control and manage a number of functions. including but not limited to - managing the security workforce, conducting risk assessments and evaluations, basic investigative skills, problem solving and designing security solutions.
There main function is access control in high-risk areas where documentation and basic computer skills might be required, they might be a site or shift commander, they manage lower grade security officers and can do site inspections.
A grade C's main function is access control of higher risk areas and supervision of lower grade guards.
